The President of the International Handball Federation Dr. Hassan Mustafa, visited the Hellenic Olympic Committee and was welcomed by the HOC President Spyros Capralos, the First Vice President Stelios Angeloudis, the Secretary General Manolis Kolympadis and the HOC member and the Chairman of the Hellenic Olympic Academy Giorgos Alikakos.
The HOC President honored Dr. Hassan Mustafa for his contribution to the Olympic Movement and his support for the Greek Handball while the IHF President offered him a banner and a pin of the International Handball Federation.
During the meeting they also discussed issues about the World Junior Championship in 2021. Spyros Capralos thanked Dr. Hassan Mustafa for his support in the Greek Handball and Beach Handball, and both recalled the excellent collaboration between the HOC and the IHF at the 2004 Olympic Games in Athens.
The IHF President among other said that Greece is one of the few countries to hold two World Championships in a few years and that "we all have to work in the same direction."
