Education: Graduate of the Medical School of the University of Athens. Master in Business Administration (MBA) from the University of London, Imperial College London
Professional career: Obstetrician-gynecologist, endoscopic reproductive surgeon. He has significant administrative experience, having served in important positions in private sector hospitals for the last 16 years, while at the same time he has successfully established gynecological centers and IVF units in Greece and abroad. At the same time, he participates in the scientific board of the 3D medical education software development company ORAMAVR, based in California. Today, he is the Chairman of the Board of Mitera Hospital, the largest private hospital in Greece, of the Hellenic Healthcare Group. In the last 14 years, he has developed an intense philanthropic activity, initially with his participation in the Aegean Team and the provision of medical and supportive assistance to the remote islands of the Aegean, and then with the establishment, in 2015, of AS.M.K.E HOPEgenesis , whose goal is to reverse the climate of low birth rates in Greece, which was awarded in 2018 by the European Union, as the best NGO in Greece.
Sports Activity: World Sailing Champion, a member of the National Team for 11 years and participated in the Atlanta Olympic Games in 1996.
Sports Administration Experience: Member of the Board of Directors of the Hellenic Association of Olympic Athletes. Today he is Vice-President of the Hellenic Sailing Federation and in charge of the vital sports office.
