2016 – Today: Founder of M/MARITIME Dry Cargo Company of the Year 2019 Lloyd’s List Award
M/MARITIME is a ship management company currently managing 19 modern Japanese dry bulk vessels.

1990 – 2017: Co-founder of MYTILINEOS HOLDING S.A.
MYTILINEOS HOLDINGS S.A, today MYTLINEOS S.A. (listed MYTIL: Athens Stock Exchange), is one of Greece’s leading industrial conglomerates, established in 1990, with a solid presence in the sectors of power and gas, metallurgy and mining, sustainable engineering solutions, renewables, and storage development.

1990 – 2017: Vice-president of MYTILINEOS HOLDINGS S.A.
1990 – 2003: CEO of MYTILINEOS HOLDINGS S.A.
1998 – 2017: Chairman and CEO of METKA S.A

METKA S.A. (an Athens-listed company), today incorporated in MYTILINEOS S.A., was a company with a remarkable international footprint in the energy industry, undertaking the construction of large-scale EPC (Engineering, Procurement and Construction) projects around the world, as well as high value-added industrial manufacturing activities, used for applications in the energy, infrastructure, and defence sectors.

2010 – 2017: CEO of PROTERGIA S.A
PROTERGIA S.A., today incorporated in MYTILINEOS S.A., is the largest private producer and supplier of electricity in Greece.

2005 – 2007: Vice-president of the ALUMINIUM OF GREECE S.A
ALUMINIUM OF GREECE S.A., today incorporated in MYTILINEOS S.A, is the largest vertically integrated alumina and aluminium production plant in the European Union and the second largest bauxite producer in Greece and Europe.

2000 – 2002: Vice-president and CEO of ELVO S.A.
ELVO S.A is a producer of military vehicles that was, at the time, owned by a joint venture between the Greek State and MYTILINEOS HOLDINGS S.A

1985 – 1990: CEO of GENERAL REPRESENTATION S.A.
GENERAL REPRESENTATIONS S.A was a small family-owned metal trading company that was later transformed to MYTILINEOS S.A

EDUCATION
Graduated in 1981 from the School of Engineering, Aristotle University of Thessaloniki where he studied Civil Engineering.

FAMILY STATUS
Married to Hannah Roberson-Mytilineos. Together they have two daughters Amalia and Ioli.
